Skin Dr. contains the following ingredients in our unique herbal/homeopathic formula: * Natrium muriaticum (D6) (Nat. mur.) is a biochemic tissue salt which helps to maintain the body's water balance and is an essential component of all living cells. This tissue salt has an excellent reputation for maintaining skin health and promoting well-hydrated skin. * Kalium muriaticum (D6) (Kali. mur.) acts as a blood and lymph cleanser, a waste eliminator, and a general skin tonic. Due to the lymph cleansing and skin soothing properties of this tissue salt, Kali. mur. can provide a sound basis for skin health. * Kalium sulphate (D6) (Kali. sulph.) is a biochemic tissue salt that supports the distribution of oxygen throughout the body and to each individual cell and promotes health in all cell membranes. By providing essential oxygen to skin cells, Kali. sulph. effectively assists in supporting the natural healing and regenerative processes of the skin. Kali sulph. is also of great benefit in the maintenance of joint health. * Galium aperine (Cleavers) is an herb which has been used in folk medicine for many centuries as a cleansing tonic and lymphatic cleanser and blood purifier. Regular use helps in the natural detoxification processes of the body, including the skin. * Trifolium pratense (red clover) has a range of therapeutic benefits and is also well known as a cleansing herb for the skin. Its ability to support lymph functioning also helps to purify and detoxify the system. * Lactose: Skin Dr. is presented in small lactose tablets. The amount of lactose used is very small and is generally well tolerated even by people who are lactose intolerant. (Skin Dr. contains no gluten, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives) How do I use Skin Dr.? DIRECTIONS Adults: Slowly dissolve two tablets in a clean mouth two to three times daily. May be used continuously without side effects. Babies and Small Children: Dissolve 1 - 2 tablets in a little warm water or milk twice daily. Skin Dr. may also be dissolved in warm water and dabbed or sprayed onto the skin using a 'spritzer'. Use four tablets in 250 ml water. CAUTION Safety during pregnancy has not yet been established.
